Q. What is propagation?

A. Propagation is the time it takes for each of the internet backbones to be updated with your new DNS information. This often takes about 24 hours, but can take even longer, sometimes up to 5 days. If propagation takes you more than 48 hours, it's a good idea to open a support ticket with us, so we can investigate any problems.

Canadian Domains Now Available
08-06-2009
If you're one of our beloved customers in Canada, we're proud to announce you can now purchase your .ca domains directly from us!

Please note that CIRA, the organization that operates the .ca registry, requires everyone who registers a domain to meet the Canadian Presence Requirements (CPR) (You can find these at: http://www.cira.ca/en/cat_Registration.html).
Impeccable Service!
03-12-2009
I decided to go with a certain hosting company to save a few bucks. BIG mistake! Then I decided to switch to HostingXchange. For just pennies a day more money, I not only get a great deal on server space, but absolutely IMPECCABLE service! For someone who's not very familiar with servers, these few cents are well-spent. They have never failed to resolve an issue (often my own fault!) in a very reasonable amount of time. HostingXchange has my business for as long as they want it!
